SRC's visit the Minister of information

This and many more Honourable Mustapha Abdul-Hamid, Ghana’s Minister of Information and Spokesperson for the Presidency said as he addressed the SRC Officials of Zenith University College on the 18 th of September, 2017 as they paid him a Courtesy Visit in his office in Accra, Ghana. The visit was intended to introduce the newly elected SRC officials to the Minister and expose SRC officials to the words of wisdom and leadership the Honourable clearly had to offer.
Honourable Mustapha Abdul-Hamid appreciated and acknowledged the SRC for the honour done to
him by the Visit.

He advised the SRC executives to always work for the Happiness of the greater part of the students because no good leader can ever impress everyone. Emphasizing on the importance of information, he advised the SRC to always read books and magazines outside the syllable stating that 70 percent of people who have made it in life are people who have always done things they learnt outside the classroom.

The Minister who formerly held the position of the SRC President for the University of Cape Coast, also encouraged the SRC to work hard in their various positions as this would later prove to be of invaluable advantage in the nearest future. Moving on, he cited names of past SRC executives’ currently great leaders today; not excluding Mr. Faisal Ibrahim Cisse, who once held the position of the SRC President for Zenith University College in 2007, now working as the Minister’s Personal Assistant and has over time displayed remarkable performance on the job.

In summary of the event the SRC President, Mr. Sharif Mohamed Alhassan thanked the Minister for his highly remarkable reception and reaffirmed his devotion to work alongside his competent team of SRC Executives to ensure the success of his administration. He further stressed that they would try all they can to implement all the Minister has advised them to for the betterment of Zenith University College, and Ghana at large.
